How long will it take to receive my order?
PressPrint offers Standard, Express, and Next Day
delivery. Standard delivery turnaround is 5 working days, Express is 3 working days, and Next Day is
just that, the following day.
What file types do you accept for print designs?
Upload your print‑ready PDFs directly to PressPrint. If you need guidance on getting your files print‑ready,
you can find it here.
Do you offer design services if I don't have a file
ready?
We focus on printing and leave the design to the
pros. While we don’t offer a design service, you can leave it to us to put your ideas on paper
Can I rush my order for faster printing and shipping?
Yes. Choose Next Day or Express delivery to get your
print quicker.
How can I track my print order?
You can track your order online via your PressPrint
account. Please click here to log in and
view your order’s production progress, estimated arrival, and delivery notifications.
What if I have a problem with my order?
While we aim for perfection, we know things don’t
always go to plan. If you encounter an issue or error with your print, please email hello@pressprint.co.uk Please include:

How do I cancel or modify my order?
Once you PressPrint, our bots take over while we
can’t guarantee changes, we’ll always do our best to accommodate them where possible. If you need to
make a change, contact us as soon as you can: email hello@pressprint.co.uk with your order number and the details of
the changes.
Can I reorder the same print job from a previous
order?
Yes, please! You can review your past job specs in
Order History, drop them into our pricing tool, upload your artwork and add in your previous order
number in the artwork notes, and click Order – we'll take it from there.
